“ We wanted some seafood in the Schreveport, LA area. So, I turned to Google to see what others were talking about. The Port has glowing recommendations 4.9 out of 5. We decided to see for ourselves. The Port is located in the food court of the Horseshoe Casino. ( The casino has a car parking garage attached to the building and a semi parking near the helicopter pad a little down the road) Okay, so now the food . I LOVED the shrimp Étouffée. It was very flavorful. They had run out of Dungeness crab over the weekend, so I treated myself to King Crab and I was not disappointed . My dinner partner indulged themselves with the shrimp and catfish platter, Seafood gumbo, and we shared the calamari, which were cooked perfectly, not rubbery, and again, the flavor was great. In conclusion, I agree with the ratings and will definitely put them on the list of returns. ”

“ It took us a minute to find the restaurant but the staff member that helped us was nice and validated my choice of food. We came up to visit for the day and I wanted some good gumbo. It did not disappoint. The toast that came with it was a great addition. Only problem was it was so good we all wished we got 4 instead of 2. One member of our group got the catfish and said it was also cooked perfectly. Thanks for a great experience. ”
